Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of all products, services, websites, mobile applications, and related features provided by Innovative Quests Inc. under the service or brand name Cozy Nook Motel™ (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using Cozy Nook Motel™ Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.


1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Cozy Nook Motel™ Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.


2. Services Provided

Innovative Quests Inc., through Cozy Nook Motel™, provides:

  • Motel unit reservations and accommodations.
     
  • Membership and loyalty programs.
     
  • Access to the Cozy Nook Motel™ mobile application.
     
  • Related partner services, advertising opportunities, and branded accessory sales.
     

All Services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or changed at any time without prior notice.


3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Engage in unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or discriminatory behavior.
     
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse Cozy Nook Motel™ systems, apps, or websites.
     
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
     
  • Engage in spam, promotions, or unauthorized advertising.
     

Violation of these rules may result in termination of your account or denial of service.


4. Reservations, Memberships, and Transactions

By making a reservation or purchasing any Cozy Nook Motel™ product or membership, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

All transactions are processed in accordance with applicable payment provider terms. Innovative Quests Inc. reserves the right to cancel or refuse any reservation, purchase, or membership at its sole discretion.

Refunds, credits, and cancellations are governed by the Refund Policy, which will be provided separately.


5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and materials displayed on Cozy Nook Motel™ Services are the property of Innovative Quests Inc. or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, adapt, sell, or exploit any Cozy Nook Motel™ content or materials without express written permission.


6. Liability Disclaimer

Cozy Nook Motel™ Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Innovative Quests Inc. does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or absolute accuracy of information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innovative Quests Inc. disclaims all liability for:

  • Errors, interruptions, or delays in Services.
     
  • Damages arising from reliance on information provided through the Services.
     
  • Losses or damages caused by third-party partners or service providers.
     

Your use of the Services is at your own risk.


7. Account Suspension or Termination

Innovative Quests Inc. reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Cozy Nook Motel™ Services at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to):

  • Violation of these Terms.
     
  • Fraudulent or abusive behavior.
     
  • Non-payment or chargebacks.
     

8. Third-Party Services and Partners

Cozy Nook Motel™ Services may include offers, products, or services from third-party partners. Innovative Quests Inc. is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party providers. Your dealings with third parties are at your own risk.


9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the jurisdiction in which Innovative Quests Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.


10. Changes to Terms

Innovative Quests Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Cozy Nook Motel™ website and app. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Return and Refund Policy

 

Effective Date: August 25th, 2025


This Return and Refund Policy applies to all products, services, memberships, and packages purchased through Cozy Nook Motel™, a service and brand of Innovative Quests Inc.


By making a purchase, you agree to the terms set out below.


1. Platinum Lifetime Packages

  • Platinum Lifetime Packages may be transferred once with company assistance.
     
  • A $100 one-time transfer fee applies.
     
  • A 3-day full refund option is available from the date of purchase, no questions asked. After 3 days, sales are final except in cases of fraud or error by Innovative Quests Inc.
     

2. Standard Motel Stays (Bookings)

  • Full Refund: Guests may cancel up to 48 hours before check-in for a full refund.
     
  • Partial Refund: Guests who cancel within 48–24 hours of check-in will receive a 50% refund.
     
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in are non-refundable.
     
  • No-Shows: Guests who fail to check in without cancellation forfeit the entire booking amount.
     

3. Products and Accessories

For physical items purchased through Cozy Nook Motel™ (such as scent cartridges, pet fences, or branded goods):

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
     
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
     
  • Defective or damaged items will be replaced or refunded at no extra cost.
     
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect.
     

4. Refund Process

  • To initiate a return or refund, contact Cozy Nook Motel™ Customer Service at the details below.
     
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
     
  • In cases of chargeback or dispute, Innovative Quests Inc. reserves the right to suspend future bookings until resolution.
